Job Description
Jacksons Awards is looking for a Full Time -Sales /Production / Laser Engraver for our business based in Brookvale NSW.
If you wish to work in a creative, fun environment this is an excellent opportunity?
Your role would include producing quality sporting and corporate awards, sales/customer service, award and graphic design, assembly, laser and machine engraving and maintaining our high standard of quality control. You will be working in a friendly, fun workplace where customer service is a priority.
The role includes the following tasks but is not limited to:
Face to face Customer Service
Replying to Emails
Answering Phones
Taking Orders
Laser Engraving
Machine Engraving
Trophy Assembly
Organising Customer Orders
Packing Orders
Organising Couriers
Cleaning Workspace
Spell Checking
Quality Control
Set Up Artwork
Assisting with online giftware business
Valued but not Essential Experience:
Adobe Creative Cloud
CorelDraw
Creative Flair
Do you have the following proven experience/skills
A passion for customer service.
An exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in working to deadlines.
Happy to show initiative and work on growing the business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An ability to multitask.
An interest in graphic software and design.
Good time management habits.
Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team.
Fast learner.
Must be living in Australia with easy access to the Northern Beaches.
