Job Description

We are seeking a mature person to work in accounts in our business who is experienced.  This is casual position - flexible 2-3 days per week  from  10am -2pm. Award wages.  We are near public transport.

THE ROLE

• Prepare & Lodge BAS statements/ pay roll etc finalize account to be handed to accountant.


• Financial recording:  Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.


• Financial Reporting:  Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements to provide an overview of the organizations financial performance. 


• Budgeting and Forecasting


• Tax Compliance with financial regulations and standards


• Risk Management.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must be living in Melbourne Australia with easy access to Campbellfield- Northern Melbourne.


• Fit and healthy


• Clear written and spoken English


• Computer literate 


• Able to carry out all of the above role


• Experienced
