Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and confident mature Office Person who is available for an immediate start. We are close to public transport. Work hours: Casual – flexible 3-4 days per week from 9.30am – 3pm. Award wage.
THE ROLE
Answering telephones – must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken in clear English.
Computer literate – Office Suite, Cava, Facebook, Instagram business level etc.
General office duties ( organizing mail outs, sending quotations, able to update website & other sites (facebook/instagram business level etc…)
Marketing – able to make up brochures/leaflets for equipment we have available (this needs to be done on a regular basis)
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Must be living in Melbourne Australia with easy access to Campbellfield- Northern Melbourne.

Computer literate see above
Able to carry out all of the above role
