Are you passionate about cars and eager to learn the ins and outs of automotive repair? We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Mechanic 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th to join our team in Melbourne VIC. Full-time position available. Close to public transport. 38 hours Monday to Friday.

Wallan Garage is a convenient, family owned and run business that has provided quality automotive repairs and servicing for drivers in Wallan and throughout the lower Goulburn Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks under supervision, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.


• Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems.


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Key skills and Requirements:

• Must be living in Australia within easy reach of Melbourne VIC


• Passion for automotive repair


• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
