Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chef to work in our Restaurant Kitchen for lunch and dinner supporting our Head Chef.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Head Chef with Stock Control, Ordering, Staffing.


• A La Carte work.


• Preparation work.


• Canapé and grazing boards.


• Health, safety and cleanliness.

Must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday. The role will be part time 30 hrs a week (full-time can be discussed for the right candidate) with a negotiable salary based on experience.

Special functions will be discussed as they arise.

Skills and experience 

We are seeking a positive, motivated person to join our team, you must have the following attributes:

• Applicants must be living in Perth.


• Experienced mature Chef to support the Head Chef.


• Current Food Handling & Hygiene and Food Safety certificates (desirable).


• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable) or suitable experience (min 1 year).


• Pride in serving quality consistent meals to our members.


• A neat and tidy presentation.


• High level of attention to detail.


• A positive can-do attitude and eagerness to expand your knowledge and skills.


• Reliable and adaptable to change.
