JOB DETAILS:

Chrysalis is a registered and certified NDIS Service Provider. We are based in the Hunter, Sydney and Coffs Harbour. Chrysalis is recruiting a team of experienced disability support workers to join our Coffs Harbour and Newcastle teams.

Chrysalis provides a variety of behaviour and therapeutic supports, group or 1on1, families and supporters, community participation, in-home, day program support or respite opportunities for participants struggling to manage their current situation. SELECTION CRITERIA

• Must have a strong background in Mental Health, and or implementing behaviour support services for Adults or Children with disabilities and family supports.


• Experience working in SIL programs or providing in-home supports. 


• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check and National Police Check


• Ability to work solo or as part of a strong team.


• Casual role with potential for permanency.


• A demonstrated commitment to the human rights of people living with disabilities
