We are one of Sydney’s leading residential construction companies working across Sydney, Central coast, and Newcastle. We specialise in a diverse range of residential construction projects.
Our business is expanding, we now require a dynamic and talented Contracts Administrator to join our motivated team. You will be championing multiple projects across all areas of residential construction which will include Townhouses, custom homes, duplex, project style homes and low rise units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contract management
- Compiling cost planning and forecasting reports
- Ensuring all accounts are maintained and up to date
- Ensuring progress claims and variations are approved to schedule and paid on time
- Preparation of tender administration
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement schedules and letting of contracts
- Management and preparation of scope changes.
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Source suppliers pricing rates.
- Able to liaise with clients and all sub-contractors
- Assist in the management of OH&S reporting and follow-up rectification
- Experience in Databuild preferred but not compulsory.
- Support other staff in the company
- General administration duties as requested
- Advanced computer literacy

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Contract Administration experience over multiple projects, you can demonstrate the ability to lead multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on budget. The right candidate must have a depth of knowledge in construction methodology with sound technical knowledge as well as having the skills to liaise with clients in a friendly manner. This role is a full-time long-term position with a career and salary progression for the right candidate. Ideally you will have strong knowledge of australian standards, NCC and competant in project management software such as Databuild and/or Plansswift.
