Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transmission Linesman based in Sydney, NSW with the requirement for travel for project-based work. The Transmission Linesman will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead power lines. Additional duties include the safe operation of heavy equipment, compliance with safety protocols, and inspection of transmission infrastructure. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborating with team members to ensure the reliability of power transmission/distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Electricity and Power Transmission/distribution systems
• Ability to operate Heavy Equipment and hold a Class A license
• Commitment to safety and industry best practices
• Physical capability to perform duties in diverse environments, including working at heights
• Relevant trade certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team
