Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our friendly team in ROOTY HILL SYDNEY. Full time position available.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring high quality food and consistency in food preparation


• Controlling and directing the food preparation process


• Responsible for health and safety and ensuring food hygiene practices and standards are followed


• Ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained


• Collaborating and working closely with other Chefs and team members, including assisting with menu planning where required


• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering


• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all relevant regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

The right candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years of experience specialising in Filipino cuisine


• Have relevant qualifications


• Be hardworking, reliable and self-motivated


• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team


• Be able to communicate in English
