Whistler’s Chocolate Co requires A Full-Time Chocolatier Assistant to assist in the day-to-day manufacturing of Chocolate and Confectionery Products.

The position is available at our manufacturing facility in the Swan Valley on a Full Time Basis. Candidates should be available to start immediately and work within the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Friday,

The position entails the following duties:

• Assisting the Chocolatiers in the production of Chocolate and Confectionery products.
• Producing Chocolate Products (Moulding, Enrobing, Piping, etc).
• Keeping the workspace clean and organised.
• Following traditional recipes and instructions to produce products to a high standard.

The ideal candidates for this role will process the following skills:

• Have experience in a Pastry, Chocolate, or any other Food Manufacturing/Baking environment – or demonstrate a high attention to detail.
• Will be available for an immediate start.
• Be motivated and willing to work as part of a team.
