We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mandarin & English) to join our dynamic team!

About Us:

Uniontosky Holdings Investment Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned trading company that offers a comprehensive range of services. These services include import and export handling, freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, planning, project development, and IT solutions.

Duties include but not limited to: 

  • Reply Customer
  • Control Office Stock
  • Assist supervisors in collecting industry trends, analyzing market dynamics, and identifying potential customer resources;
  • Diligent, proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork
  • Excellent analytical, observational, and learning abilities, proficient in Excel
  • Strong writing skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, professional appearance, willing to grow long-term with the company. Candidates with long-term visas are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Living in Australia with an easy access to Docklands Melbourne Vic
  • Can speak Mandarin
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude & team player
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
