Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and patrons
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
• Assist clients and visitors with enquiries and directions
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to support the team and step into various roles when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated report writing skills
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Valid QLD Security Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
