Working Hours

2:00am – 10:00am

Six days per week

Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required

About the Role

As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
• Producing breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
• Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately
• Operating and monitoring bakery equipment
• Following recipes and production requirements
• Ensuring products are baked to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
• Assisting with daily bakery production
• Working effectively as part of a team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Baker
• Has commercial baking experience
• Has strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes
• Takes pride in producing quality products
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Can comfortably work early morning shifts
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Understands food safety and hygiene requirements
