You’ll connect with individuals seeking personal or professional growth and introduce them to educational programs that align with their goals.

The role focuses on building professional relationships, having meaningful client conversations, and introducing people to established educational programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with professionals interested in leadership and personal development.
• Conducting discovery conversations to understand individual goals and aspirations.
• Introducing our portfolio of digital learning programs and live educational events.
• Building professional relationships through online communication.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and mentoring.
• Working independently with the support of an experienced global community.

About You

Your experience may come from:

• Healthcare, Nursing or Allied Health
• Human Resources
• Learning & Development
• Education or Training
• NDIS or Community Services
• Business Development, Recruitment or Customer Success
• Leadership or another people-focused profession
• You’ll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, is confident using digital technology, and is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
