Position: Gelato Production Assistant

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Croydon Park 

Are you passionate about quality food production and love working in a hands-on environment? Pure Gelato, Australia’s award-winning artisan gelato manufacturer, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gelato Production Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the daily production of premium gelato and sorbet
• Operating commercial mixing and freezing equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining production areas and machinery
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Previous food production experience is an advantage (but not essential – training provided!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
