We are seeking an Experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team!

About Us

Nomi College is an Australian institution that offers accredited courses with a focus on Automotive, Carpentry and Kitchen Management, Project Management, and Leadership courses. Our main campus is centrally located in the South-Eastern part of Sydney’s in the locality of Surry Hills. However, we have also a campus in Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research for selected target markets (STM)
  • Develop and execute macro-level marketing strategies aligned with Nomi College’s business objectives
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Recommend marketing strategies for both current and upcoming academic programs
  • Propose effective media planning mixes across digital and traditional platforms
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore education agents and conduct market visits as needed
  • Evaluate competitor activities to ensure marketing relevance in a competitive sector
  • Advise internal teams on culturally appropriate promotional content and messaging
  • Translate marketing needs into actionable campaign plans and branding materials
  • Liaise with prospective students when required to promote course offerings and drive brand awareness

Key skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing and branding strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with international audiences
  • Proactive, self-driven, and creative approach to marketing projects
