Excavator Operator – Casual to Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our growing team in Townsville, Queensland. This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating excavators safely and efficiently
• Excavation, trenching, site preparation, and earthmoving
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
• Working alongside site supervisors and other operators
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating excavators
• Relevant machinery tickets and licences
• White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
