About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator Combo Operator to join our established concreting team based in 26 Homestead Crescent, Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD.

This hands-on role involves:

• Slab preparation
• Digging footings
• Loading trucks
• Operating Bobcat and Excavator machinery on our own in-house concreting projects
• Working closely with our construction team to deliver quality outcomes

Essential Requirements

• Experience operating a 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator combo
• HR Driver Licence (essential)
• Experience driving an 8-speed crash box
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and safety awareness
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
• Must be living in Australia within easy reach of Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous but not essential)
• Understanding of working to an RL (Reduced Level)
• Experience using a spreader bar
