Are you passionate about pastries and desserts? Want to kick-start your culinary journey in a supportive, fast-paced catering environment? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Pastry Cook / Chef to join our growing team in Western Sydney!

CORPORATE 

Master Catering provides meal solutions from complete packaged meals to components for clients from Nursing Homes to Hospitals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, and desserts
  • Working with commercial bakery equipment and production systems
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Supporting senior chefs in day-to-day catering operations
  • Learning new techniques and recipes in a hands-on role
  • Assistant on PASTRY SECTION

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Living in Australia with an easy reach to Lidcombe, Parramatta & Western Suburbs NSW
  • A passion for pastry and a love for food
  • Previous experience with premixed cakes, muffins, commercial mixes, and bakery machinery is an advantage
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the industry
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (a bonus!)
