Job description: 

• Providing basic care for children which includes feeding and changing nappies.

• Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.

• Planning and implementing activities for individual children and groups.

• Documenting children’s developmental progress.

• Identifying behavioural challenges and implementing appropriate strategies

• Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops.

• Providing a pleasant, safe, and hygienic environment.

• Communicating with parents and providing updates on children’s progress.

Salary range: Annual salary starting from $73,150 plus Superannuation Minimum

Qualification required: 

• Diploma of Early Childhood. Montessori qualifications or experience preferred.
