We are looking for a highly motivated IT inside sales executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships and driving sales for IT services.

Job Description:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their IT needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  4. Product & Service Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc.) to prospective customers.
  5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through strategic selling techniques.
  6. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical, and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  8. Proposal & Quote Preparation: Create and send proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, IT sales, or B2B sales.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
