About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting participants with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life.

The position offers a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene support)
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
• Domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)
• Previous experience in one or more of the above areas will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
• Current National Police Check
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• A caring, respectful, and professional approach to support
