We’re a well-established fabrication business specialising in architectural metalwork—aluminium and stainless steel balustrades, screens, handrails, pool fencing, and more. Although the business has been operating since 1996, we took over in December and have been transforming it from the ground up.

From digitising workflows to building a high-performance team culture, we’re modernising fabrication and scaling fast. We’re open, collaborative, and future-focused — and we want people who bring fresh ideas, challenge old ways of working, and help shape the next chapter of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interpreting architectural drawings and site measurements
• Preparing accurate and timely quotes for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborating with our project managers, 3D modellers, and fabrication/installation teams
• Managing estimation documentation and updates in our digital systems
• Helping improve pricing models and workflows as we grow

You’ll bring:

• Experience estimating in the construction or metal fabrication industries
• Strong understanding of architectural plans and site requirements
• Sharp attention to detail and a knack for numbers
• Proficiency in Excel and quoting software (we are open to bringing in new tools!)
• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Familiarity with 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks or Inventor
