We are seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader (Level 2/3) in Preston Melbourne. Full time position available.

Duties:

  • Level 1-3 IT technical support for various Managed Service Providers (MSP) clients.
  • Provide troubleshooting and administration for Microsoft Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Configure and manage virtualization technologies
  • Maintain and administer Active Directory, Mail Server, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Oversee cloud backup solutions, network security, and firewall configurations.
  • Administer and support helpdesk platforms (Connectwise and Autotask familiarity is a plus
  • Provide training and mentorship to IT support staff.
  • Handle VOIP system administration
