We are seeking a motivated Document Administrator to join our team. Part time position available. 5 hours per day. 2 days a week- Tuesday and Thursday. Clerk Award wage.

The Role

Will manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Scanning, Filling and Setting up new Client Files

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Living in Australia with an easy access to Redcliffe QLD 4020
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office management procedures
