About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our busy and professional dental practice in Carlingford, Sydney NSW. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments in accordance with infection control standards.
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate confidently with both Mandarin and English-speaking patients.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient clinical environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of dental practice software is highly regarded.
