Job Description
Millennium Rigging is a family-owned business, we specialise in Demolition, Rigging and Building services predominantly for the Mechanical Services Industry.
Work hours can generally be 6:00am to 5:30pm, but due to the nature of the industry and service levels Millennium Rigging provides to our clients the successful candidate will be required to work outside of normal working hours and weekends including Sundays.
Applicants must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or Full working visa.
The role:
Working with our team to bring projects to life
Controlling & building a fabrication team with in the business.
Work on your own & or build a team around you
Be on site & working with other trades & project managers

Assistance to gain High Risk licences and tickets required for the industry- after qualifying period

You will be responsible for:
Be mechanical minded able to think outside the box
Labour intensive role with a degree of manual lifting and carrying involved
Qualified welder experience in both mig & arch
Power tools & hand tools knowledge
Rigging & dogging- preferred
EWP & working at heights tickets- preferred
Able to read plans is a must.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A strong work ethic and reliability
Valid MR Truck Licence - preferred
Valid Driver’s Licence - mandatory
Own reliable transport - mandatory
White Card (Construction induction card) - mandatory
Experience in Building & Construction - essential
Experience within a labour intensive/ heavy lifting fast paced environment – mandatory
