Job Description


This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic asset management and investment company where you will represent the company brand in this front of house position. 


Based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, this role will allow you to showcase your impeccable customer service skills and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office. You will also provide key administrative support to the Office Manager.


As the face and voice of the company, your key duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors, including clients and suppliers

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors with a smile

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person

  • Taking detailed messages as required

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Managing calendar appointments

  • Ad-hoc reception and administration duties

  • Maintenance of meeting rooms and reception area

  • Assistance to the Office Manager with various administrative tasks


The ideal candidate will have: 



  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong client-orientated approach

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent corporate presentation

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Experience with the MS Office Suite

  • Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
