Job Description

We are looking for a diploma to join our team. We are a family owned and run centre in Seaford, VIC. We are passionate about educating children, natural play and working as a team.

The position is for a pre-kinder room leader


You must hold children’s education in high regard and be willing to participate and assist in fostering children’s curiosity and opportunities for them to grow and explore their environment. This will be through documenting, extending and providing experiences for children’s learning and education. You must be able to work within a close team environment and be willing to support your fellow co-workers in the role as a teacher.

Essential Criteria:



  • Diploma

  • WWCC – Employment

  • Current first aid, asthma, CPR and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)

  • Be flexible with hours and days this means being available to work ALL shifts within the centre between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
