Job Description


We are looking for a office admin / Project Coordinator to join our team. We are a small contracting company working in the construction industry & based in Moorabbin. Admin experience required / knowledge of Simpro job management software or a similar management type system.


Duties & responsibilities:



  • General Admin

  • Coordinating our team using Simpro management software

  • Coordinating OH&S Paperwork

  • Manage all enquiries via phone and email

  • Purchasing & Stock control


Selection Criteria:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Work autonomously


Desirable:



  • Exposure to Simpro job management software or a similar management type system.

  • Admin Experience


General admin duties including answering of phones. Reporting directly to the director. Ready to employee.
