To be an ideal candidate for this position, your experience will bring the following to our company:

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Hands on role specialising in construction such as decks, brick and block work, formwork, tiling and irrigation but not limited to


• Direct a team of workers, train and mentor apprentices


• Co-ordinate and schedule all approved work using trade personnel and contractors as required


• Planning and management of materials – quotes, competitive pricing, issuing purchase orders.


• Staying within budget


• Ensuring all jobs are completed to our high standards


• Control & monitor OHS standards on site


• Inventory control


• Using our ERP system to run projects


• Reporting


• Maintain the Company’s high level of customer service with our clients

Requirements:

• Qualified in Structural Landscaping with a minimum 8 years experience in high end residential landscape construction


• Computer literate - desire and ability to learn the software that drives our business


• Acute attention to detail


• Exceptional time management and organisational skills


• Ability to lead your team and maintain a motivated and supportive environment


• White card, MR Truck Licence & ability to use a bobcat and excavators.
