Job Description


We have a vacancy for an Experienced Waiter/ Waitress for our Fine Dining Italian Restaurant in Fremantle.


The Role


The perfect applicant will be experienced in all abilities listed below, however waiters need not be experienced in everything but be willing to learn.  Do not apply if you have no experience as a waiter. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY.



  • Fine dining

  • Excellent communications

  • Good bottle-opening and wine-pouring knowledge

  • 3 plate and 5 plate clear

  • Greeting customers

  • Refresh set up after service

  • Friendly, energetic and hard-working

  • Able to on-sell wine and courses.

  • Resident in WA Australia.


The applicants should be available 5 – 6 nights a week and for some lunches. Hours will be up to 30 hours per week.
