PENSO is looking for a smart, curious, motivated Digital Account Director. This person will immerse themselves in client businesses to discover, understand and define their go-to-market problems and opportunities.

channels and marketing technology solutions focused on driving growth to a range of category-leading clients including: Emirates, CommBank, MYOB, Victorian Government and many more.
PENSO operates out of a cool warehouse-conversion office space in Collingwood, close to a huge range of cafes, bars and restaurants.
About the role
Businesses are rapidly transforming the way they go to market, using technology, data and innovation to drive growth. The Digital Account Director at PENSO will immerse themselves in client businesses to discover, understand and define their go-to-market problems and opportunities in this changing environment.
You will love winning new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Your daily focus will be to understand business problems and solve them with technology enabled marketing and software solutions covering: marketing strategy, design, UX, technology, and data.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Be a trusted advisor to clients
- Find and acquire new customers
- Manage existing client relationships and long-term partnerships
- Build and run a pipeline of business opportunities
- Daily management of high quality client work
- Define, shape and optimise the sales process and playbook
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy, agency account management or technical sales roles
- Self-driven with a point-of-view on great technology-enabled marketing outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with global perspective
- High-energy, with a genuine and active interest in client businesses
- A passion for marketing, technology and communications
- Highly polished pitch and presentation skills
