The Company 

Pandoland Group are a boutique, custom home builder with a solid and supportive management structure across Project/Development Management, Design, Estimating, Finance and Operations. Due to exciting growth plans, we are currently looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter/Junior Foreman to join the business who will play a significant part in our growth plans.

The Role

You will report directly to the Construction Manager, responsible for overseeing various individual custom home projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering top quality homes to our customers.

Duties to include:

• Maintain a certain level of paperwork, site/delivery dockets, job programme


• Site inspections to assess progress and follow up on subcontractors


• Quality check all work

Essential Skills

• Currently studying or have finished Cert IV in Building and Construction or Cert III in Carpentry


• Can deliver projects safely, on time


• Excellent communication skills


• Positive attitude and well presented


• A valid driver license and own car are essential
