Job Description

For over 22 years we have been providing leading IT services in South Australia to a growing client base, including small and medium companies, professional practice and individuals.

We are looking for a full time IT Technician/Consultant, for an immediate start, to enhance our team.

You will be welcomed into a small but energetic company where you will provide support to both current and potential clients in the areas of IT Sales and Services, Server System Development and Deployment, Anti-Virus and Backup Solutions, Managed Services, and other IT related areas.

You will have a minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience and be proficient in:

• Microsoft Windows Server


• Network Administration


• Exchange Server / Office 365


• Hyper V


• General Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting


• Microsoft Office Suite


• Hardware Support & Troubleshooting


• Phone & Remote Desktop Support


• MS Windows Operating Systems


• Networking technologies (e.g. DNS, Routing, Email)


• Backup Technologies (Veeam, Shadow Protect / Storage Craft is a plus)

You must also have:

• The ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously


• Good time management and recording skills


• The ability to communicate IT information clearly to clients


• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written


• A reliable car and a current driver's license


• A current Federal Police check

• Microsoft Certifications


• Kaseya


• SharePoint


• cPanel/WHM


• 3CX Phone Systems


• Mobile Operating Systems (IOS, Android, Windows phone)
