Bellequip is a Rockhampton based, well-established, reputable and rapidly expanding family owned company whom specializes in the management, construction and delivery of: Road Works, Rail Formations, Drainage Structures, Services, Subdivisions, Land Based Redevelopments and Civil Construction projects.

Due to a highly successful period of bidding locally, we are seeking a Experienced Civil Engineer to join our management team and pursue further sustainable growth within the industry.

About the role

Primarily a Rockhampton based role, as an experienced Civil Engineer you will be responsible for supervising, managing and delivering projects across the Central Queensland area.

Skills and experience

The current skills and experience of the right candidate will be relevant to their proposed role, some examples of desirable attributes are highlighted below;

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering


• 5 + years main roads experience.


• Ability to lead and manage a crew and subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time.


• Experience interpreting plans, setting out and running jobs from start to finish.


• Practical experience and ability to apply real world outcomes to construction.


• Ability to monitor Materials/Equipment and provide productive outcomes.


• Compliance with specifications, project requirements, including quality assurance documentation.


• Computer MS Suite literate and capable.


• Have a methodical and organised approach to work.


• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.


• A hands-on approach.


• Candidates local to Central Queensland are preferred.
