Landscape Team Leader

Capital Landscapes Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and qualified Landscape Team Leader on a full-time basis to join our team at Frenchs Forest.

This will be a hands-on role managing the landscape construction team.

Capital Landscapes was established in 1997 and is a growing company specialising in small to medium residential landscape projects.

Role and Responsibility

• Hard landscaping including paving, stone work and cladding, decking and retaining walls


• Perform soft landscaping duties


• Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and garden lighting


• Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities on a daily basis 


• Ensure maintenance of tools and equipment


• Liaise with clients to ensure outcomes are met


• Follow safe work practices and identify any hazards

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

• Certificate III in Landscaping and Construction (Minimum)


• 5 years of Landscaping experience 


• Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude  


• Professional & confident approach (essential)

Desirable 

• Holds a manual Driver’s Licence


• Have previous experience in operate machinery including an excavator 


• Immediate start
