Clearview Aluminium Windows and Doors has been in Launceston for over 25 years.  Being market leaders in both the residential and commercial market, the window and door industry is fast paced with advancements in technology meaning it is continually evolving.


The role:


The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



  • Managing all customer enquiries received by telephone or from within the showroom

  • Processing accurate order entry for customers and sales representatives to meet business deadlines

  • Providing sales quotes to customers and sales representatives in an accurate and timely manner

  • Communicating confidently and providing effective and accurate information to internal and external customer queries

  • Actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team by sharing the workload and participating in team meetings

  • Raising various paperwork requests including service dockets and internal communication requests as required

  • Taking of customer payments

  • Payroll

  • General office duties and other administration duties as required


The role is full time, 38 hours per week, with above award rates offered to the right applicant.


About you:


To succeed in this diverse and challenging role you will need to be an energetic and highly organised person who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. 


You have good written and oral communication skills, good computer skills and demonstrated customer service experience preferably in the building industry.  Previous experience in a similar customer service or data entry role would be looked upon favourably but not essential.
